I want to share with you a cute recipie, it's really cute and easy to do.
I found it on one of my fav. website called "Sweet Explorations".
They are daisy sugars perfect for your tea time!
Dump the sugar sand onto your work surface and flatten it out with the palm of your hand. Press down firmly to compact the sand into a semi-solid mass:
Using a tiny daisy-shaped cookie cutter press down into the sugar:
You’ll notice that the sugar mass tends to crack around the shape you’re cutting into it. To get the maximum number of daisies out without having to reshape the sugar mass, cut shapes all the way around and then work your way in towards the center. Transfer your daisies to a baking sheet as you go:
Continue until you’ve used all your sugar: Place the sugars in a warm oven (200 degrees F) for 10 minutes. This will help them set and solidify.
One last step, pipe a tiny dot of royal icing and you’re done!
